Backdated Outbound Shipments
This bar graph displays number of Outbound Shipments that were backdated within the selected timeframe. Each Bar shows the number of backdated Outbound Shipments by the number of days they were backdated by.
For example, in the screenshot below, 7 outbound shipments were entered into OpenBoxes 2 days after the Shipment had been physically shipped i.e. the Created Date for the shipments were 2 days after the Shipped Date entered by the user.
Backdated Inbound Shipment
This bar graph displays number of Inbound Shipments that were backdated within the selected timeframe. Each Bar shows the number of backdated Inbound Shipments by the number of days they were backdated by.
For example, in the screenshot below, 1 Inbound shipment was entered into OpenBoxes 6 days after the Shipment had been physically received, i.e., the Created Date for the shipments were 6 days after the Receipt Date entered by the user.
Items with backdated shipments since last stock count
This Indicator shows items for which shipment(s) have been recorded in OpenBoxes several days after they happened in the warehouse. The more frequently an item is present in a backdated shipment, the more likely it is to cause inventory inaccuracy. Therefore, it is recommended that the warehouse do a stock count of items when item(s) are present in multiple backdated shipments since their last stock count.
For Example:
In the screenshot below, you can see that 108 items were present in 1 backdated shipment after their last stock count, and 50 items were present in 4 or more backdated shipment after their last stock count.
For product YT043, you can see the list of backdated shipments that it was present in after its last stock count at November 16, 2023.
